Legal Affairs Minister Receives Writer Dr. Malallah Jaafar Al-Hammadi
Legal Affairs Minister, Yousif bin Abdulhussain Khalaf, received here today Dr. Malallah Jaafar Al-Hammadi, who presented him with a copy of his book entitled: “Legislative Mandate and Legislative Regulations – A Comparative Study”.
The minister lauded the contributions of Dr. Malallah to enriching the kingdom’s legal library, wishing him continued success in developing the legal and legislative work.
Dr. Malallah expressed thanks and appreciation to the minister for his constant support for authors and researchers, which encouraged them to improve the quality of their books and research.
